I love reading Brooke's thoughtful reflections on both birth and non-birth related topics. It feels like a letter from a friend, and an educational one at that!

This is my favorite newsletter ever!! It’s very easy to read and is broken down into distinct sections. I always learn something new, whether that’s about birth, babies, or holistic living! I love that there’s always opportunities to dive deeper through further resources, or I can just sit back with my tea and enjoy the wisdom from Brooke!

I adore this weekly newsletter! It is so encouraging for me to read about all things birth and how we as women are innately by God designed to do birth. As a believer it inspires me to bring God into the birth space, and as a doula in training I love all the helpful tips from women who are wiser!

Brooke is here to serve, and it shows through her newsletter. It is full of fun facts, thoughtful subjects, and free resources all before she mentions her offerings (which are GREAT) in a small section at the end. As a fellow birth worker and wild woman, I especially enjoy the photo of the week and the "things I'm loving" section she sometimes includes. As a mom of 6, I don't always get to read Brooke's newsletter in full, but she formats it so well that I'm able to easily skim through and read the sections that are relevant to me. I've had the pleasure of knowing Brooke, speaking with her, and working with her over the course of several years, and I can say confidently that her calm, inviting, thoughtful voice shines through her writing. Between all that and the beautiful details of her selected colors and fonts, I look forward to opening every single one of her newsletters and appreciate that they come regularly but not too often. Thank you, Brooke!

I like reading about birthy things in general and particularly like any suggestions on how to prepare for birth and care for pregnant ladies. I generally prefer to stay on-topic. I really really love seeing the photo and quote at the end. Often I want to write the quote down as food for thought.

I love this newsletter! It speaks to all the sides of myself: woman, future mother, lover of the birth miracle, sister, companion, child of God. It’s so encouraging to have a community with like minded women, with whom to share these spaces. I’m grateful for the thought provoking content that stirs my heart to ponder. I look forward to its delivery every time.

I love your news letter! It’s what led me to explore and ultimately choose an unassisted home birth

In every newsletter there is something new to be learned, throughout my pregnancy in 2024 after a loss I found inspiration in scripture and quotes that I used during my labor. I very much enjoy the layout of the newsletters and find them easy to read in the 5-10 minutes that I have to catch up on emails. I've shared Brooke's encouraging words and reminders with family and my husband over the years. Thank you for sharing other women's stories as well!

This is my favorite birth related newsletter. I have taken another midwifery course so most of the science isn’t new to me, but Brooke helps me to see viewpoints that I haven’t considered before. I love the focus on interpersonal relationships and seeking God in your own situation. I appreciate that the newsletter is separate from promotional emails and does not have a heavy promotional flavor, so I get to enjoy the newsletter as a warm kind giving voice and still get the news on deals or new offerings in separate emails.

As a young mom on an unfolding journey with birth, the newsletter offers alternatives and connection to other moms who are living this out. I feel less lonely on my journey of wanting more from birth than the "standard care", more empowered by Brooke's words as well as the connection to her facebook group, and overall, I simply enjoy reading about the thoughts of one who has devoted herself to the service of women!
